After studying Horticulture and Arboriculture at Berkshire College Of Agriculture in the late ’90s, Jason set up Arborea in 1998. The company was effectively started with one small ground saw, a hedge trimmer, hand tools, a ladder, climbing equipment and a small panel van. It has now grown over the past 20+ years to include a full team of trained professionals, led by Jason to this day.
Arborea’s lead climber, Rob, has been a tree surgeon since becoming qualified over 20 years ago. He has a vast range of knowledge of everything tree and tool related and can scale even the tallest of trees safely and expertly.
Mark has been a groundsman for 17 years and has worked with a number of local tree surgery companies. With NPTC qualifications in Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue, Felling, and Chainsaw Maintenance, he’s an integral part of the Arborea team.
Arborea’s newest team member, Bradley is currently on an apprenticeship with us and is learning the ropes(!) on all aspects of tree surgery and ground work.
